Abstract
The present-day realities of the oil and gas industry, more than ever, demand from oil and gas companies a qualitative change in their business with costs cutout. The paper describes the development of design engineering in Rosneft, the largest oil and gas corporation, and provides insight into the use of unified and standard design of construction facilities and material and technical supply. The authors trace back to the formation and significance of the development of designing systems in the Company as a leverage to increase the Company's economic and technological performance. The paper focuses on the Drilling segment, a new area of Geology and Reservoir Engineering within the Company's Standard Design System. Particular attention is paid to the topics of proppant and the layout of design documentation for well construction; the authors evaluate the expected and available effects from the use of standard documentation, and provide estimates of third-party companies. When analyzing production processes, the authors show features of interaction with the Company’s structural units in order to find the most important and demanded areas in design engineering that require unification and standardizing. The purpose of the study, as defined by the authors, was to assess the economic and technological effects of the project.
Materials and methods
Unification and standardizing of processes in the projects of well construction, hydraulic fracturing, proppant selection, assessment of technical and economic effects.

In the current economic situation, oil and gas companies have to look for ways to improve the efficiencyof investment in the development of deposits. Customers and investors realize the necessityto minimized costs. In the same time an order of reducing costs to 10% shouldn’t be a cause ofdeterioration of oil production rate. Frost soil should be protected from thawing to prevent loss of stability of the construction. Usually thisis treated as an unpleasant but inevitable additional costs and trying to reduce it as much as possible. In this regard, potential customers should be awared about the importance of the quality ofheat stabilizers. Currently, some manufacturers, seeking to follow the requirements of the price cut, produced heat stabilizers thatnot even theoretically capable toprovide a stiffness structures for life. There are several important points that need to pay attention.
The concept of regional programming - the area of the regional economy, which developed the theory and quantitative methods for solving problems arising in the complex development of territories. The mathematical apparatus, main features of regional programming software and their use in planning the development of gas and oil-producing regions, general scheme design and field facilities, etc. The prospects of the use of regional programming in the development of new mining areas in Eastern Siberia and the Far East.
The article presents the results of creating intelligent 3D model of the object by means of terrestrial laser scanning.
In this paper the design of a flexible production scheme fluids new generation. The main objective of the project was to create an integrated production process fluids new generation on the basis of domestic-inhibiting additives, as well as upgrading the existing technology in order to increase production volumes and product mix.
Approach to automated control system algorithms development and deriving conformance test suites for program
implementations is proposed. Finite state machines using advantages as algorithm language are revealed. JSC “TomskNIPIneft” experience and developments of finite state machines using for automated control system of oil extraction and treatment project engineering are referred. Necessity of software testing with the guaranteed fault
coverage is presented.
Materials and methods
Automata theory, discrete mathematics, graph theory.
Results
Software «FSM» for development of control algorithms based on automata theory is implemented. Software «FSM» using makes it possible to reduce time for algorithms development, test and optimization in the mathematical support engineering stage. Automata models using for development of program implementation conformance testing is introduced. This methodology makes it possible to test software with the guaranteed fault coverage.
Ñonclusions
This article is proposed the approach to timed finite state machines using for development of automated control system algorithms and deriving conformance test suites with the guaranteed fault coverage for program implementations. Necessity of software testing with the guaranteed fault coverage is cited as an example. Automata theory using makes it possible to reduce time for algorithms development, test and optimization in the mathematical support engineering stage. Science-based software testing methodology makes it possible to enhance quality and competitiveness of project documentation as well as makes it possible to reduce time for software testing during starting-up and adjustment procedures.
This article is devoted to the current approaches to improving competitiveness by means of mathematical modeling. It is shown that ANSYS and ESI simulation solutions can be used effectively to reduce time and costs, both at the stage of product design, so at the production stage. It is also described the experience of our company in meeting the
challenges of the oil and gas industry.
In the given article is considered an accident accompanied by a toxic discharge, sizes of possible threshold and lethal toxic level areas are calculated, an example of the matrix «An express-method for minimal safe distances from sources of hazard to target exposures» is compiled.
