In this paper the design of a flexible production scheme fluids new generation. The main objective of the project was to create an integrated production process fluids new generation on the basis of domestic-inhibiting additives, as well as upgrading the existing technology in order to increase production volumes and product mix.
Materials and methods
To solve the problems is the introduction of a new production unit "superconcentrate" which makes the scheme more flexible. Design was carried out using software CADWorx.
Results
In implementing this project in the Republic of Tatarstan will only production of carboxylate coolants.
Сonclusion
The use of 3D techniques can improve performance by allowing making operational changes at any stage of the design, while working on a model for a few people. Unit production "superconcentrate" makes the process economical in terms of saving time resources.
