Abstract
The article is dedicated to methods for estimation of efficiency of operating low production well stock equipped with ESP. Based on the results of bench tests of high-speed ESP and comparing with field data, adjusting coefficients of efficiency were determined and functional relationship of energy characteristics on the motor’s shaft speed, the obtained correlation proposed for recalculation of passport value to bench ones.

CFD modeling of properties of steam ejector for oil and oil product heating in ANSYS

Dmitry I. Pashchenko, Ilya S. Naplekov

The purpose of this work is developing a computer model of steam ejector for oil heating, oil product pumpout, and performing of other key functions in the oil and gas industry ANSYS Fluent is applied. To achieve this purpose a procedure is used including a computational mesh adaptation algorithm, a selection of the turbulence model, a determination of the optimal settings of Fluent problem solver, an assessment of the accuracy of the results. Based on the results of the computations made, the model is verified using experimental data and a dependency of the basic parameters of its work is studied. The article includes a description of the recommended settings for the Fluent problem solver for the engineering computations of the jet devices.

Laminar pumps and new advanced technologies

Victor A. Benderovich, Eduard D. Lunatsi, Andrey V. Nozdrin, Anna E. Sheina

Well known that pumps pumping abrasive liquids have a short lifetime. Laminar pumps (disk pumps), produced in Russian Federation, are able to pump high viscosity clean and abrasive liquids. Application of the laminar pumps could increase lifetime and reliability, decrease maintenance costs and labor works, improve technology process. The laminar pumps even could improve the quality of a pumping liquid during maintenance. Constructions and different applications cases of the laminar pimps are given in this article.

Yuriy N. Barov, Salavat K. Motygullin, Aleksandr A. Dorokhin, Sergey L. Voldavin, Rustem B. Fattakhov

AbstractThe article presents main trends for reducing power consumption in oil gathering system and demonstrates that power consumption costscan be reduced using multi-phase technologies. The pilot test results are shown to assess the feasibility of replacing the dynamic pumps to less power consuming positive displacement pumps. The conclusions are made with regards to possible utilization of positive displacement pumps in the oil gathering system.

The analysis of correction factors of recalculation characteristic of electrical submersible pump at influence viscosity of a prouced fluid

Sergey S. Pekin, Pavel L. Yangulov

At present time the amount of light oil in our country decreases, and the share of more viscous and heavy oil from total amount of production becomes more and more. In this article influence of viscous liquid on performance of the electrical submersible pump (ESP) is considered. As at operation of the electrical ubmersible pumps operating staff know only the pump performance during the work on water, they should make recalculation of pump performance taking into account conditions at which the pump will work. Comparison of the recalculating factors received experimentally and theoretically by a methodology of P.D.Lyapkov which is taken as a basis at many companies of oil industry.

Anti-corrosion properties of the working surfaceof the nitrided cylinders of oil-well sucker-rod pump

Aleksey V. Bystrik

AbstractThe problem of corrosion resistance of the working surface of the cylinders of oil-well sucker-rod pump is one of the most actual problems in the operation of pumps in corrosive well. Without high resistance to corrosion in the cylinder wells produce its resources much earlier than the consumer expects it. In order to extend the "life" of the nitrided cylinder of oil-well sucker-rod pump, save on the surface layer of a high-corrosion properties. The paper presents a methodof improving the corrosion resistance of the working surface of the cylinders of oil-wellsucker-rod pump by ion-nitriding vacuum to form a nitride zone.
