Development and integration of the mobile treatment unit of production fluid

Pilot tests and technology adoption are carried out at oil treatment units of LUKOILPERM every year; the aim is - to improve on oil and waste water quality. Thereby the testing without influence and violation on main technology process with the use of test stand equipment is an urgent task. Preparation experience of oil and water, designing solutions of petroleum engineering helped to develop the mobile system for modeling the process of preparation of production fluid and pilot tests (based on the innovation technology). The pilot testing of new technical units and technologies was carried out using the complex.
Materials and methods
Technical developments of field oil treatment plants were taken in as the basis. Principal technical solutions, technological and hydraulic calculations became the blueprint for the treatment unit strategy of production fluid.
Results
The mobile unit was designed and manufactured to identify and solve problems of quality deterioration in commercial oil and water, for design decisions in reconstruction and reequipment of production facilities, as well as for testing new hardware and techniques. Four technologies were tested while pilot testing, as a result - the content of suspended solids and oil in produced water was reduced in 4.5-5 times, up to 10 mg/l. The recommendations for improving the quality of the product were prepared for implementation in the workplace.
Сonclusions
The developed and tested mobile unit allowed to establish the causes of the unstable preparation production fluid at one oil and water treatment units LUKOIL-PERM and justify the recommended measures of improving the degree of preparation of oil and water.
