An optimization the oilfield equipment operation’s costs

Due to the deteriorating economic and financial situation associated with "Tatneft" fall in oil export prices now tasked to optimize production costs and reduce their costs. One of the ways to reduce costs is the exploitation of land oil field equipment. Especially problems classified as:
1) frequent failures chain drive of downhole sucker rod pumping units (SHSNU) due to sail cargo tape;
2) deformation of polished rods;
3) shimming rod string due to the formation and production dense wax emulsion;
4) packing intensive wear due to the violation ground centering drive.
Results
Reached cost optimization in the operation of ground-based oilfield equipment.
Сonclusions
Implementation of a complex of measures for implementation of the proposed technical solutions provides the overall efficiency of production processes in the operation of the mining wells, creating favorable and safe working conditions for maintenance personnel, reducing enterprise costs by preventing failure of oilfield equipment.
