The paper discusses the causes of the salts formation in the wells and the BFZ in the conditions of the Vankor field. Scale inhibitors and complex reagents were tested on the Vankor field water samples, the best technological solutions for the prevention and removal of salts were offered.
Materials and methods
Ionic composition of produced, bottom and artesian water was defined. Using the Oddo-Tompson procedure was carried out amathematical and physical modeling of tendency of water and mixtures to precipitation of salts.
Results
The research allows us to understand which of Vankor field wells can be assigned to high-risk wells, in which well areas the risk of scale is more high. The recommendations for the prevention of salt deposits were developed.
Сonclusions
The study of ionic composition of water established that in reservoir Nh 3-4 wells thereis risk of calcite precipitation. It was found that the mixing of bottom water and reservoir water leads to an increase instability of the system and the precipitation of calcite in the reservoir Nh 3-4 and its wells. It was composed a rating of scale inhibitors and complex effect reagents. It has been shown that the technology of squeezing inhibitor into the reservoir is most effective in conditions of the Vankor field.
