Although macroeconomic situation was changed, oil and gas export still is the key of Russian budget replenishment. Which meansthat well-being of million people depends on production of oil wells.
Results
After an analytical work was done we developed the implementation plan (took 10 days). This plan includes some promising numbers that is potential effect on “Lean Production” program. Even if amount of replacement of electric-centrifugal pumps is 250 per year the program effect will be 59 million rubles. Obviously, that optimization costs is 10 times less than benefit. Do you still have doubts if oil production rates could improve by small costs? Well, as say in popular ad “We go to you”.
Сonclusions
After the implementation of “Lean Production” program we can say “Reducing repair time by10% is an achievable goal”. For this it is necessary the improving the process of configuring a monitoring system that responds to changes, restructuring the current processes of the organization and performance of works, as well as to create conditions for the training of the people involved in the production. For example, it is necessary to improve the connections among departments and motivate them to reducing repair time.
