The experience of Russian enterprise in the solution of the urgent problem of increasing the reliability of machines and equipment by design and circuit methods is shown. In it are examined questions of the construction of oil-field equipment for the use in they are complicated operating conditions in the petroleum and mining industries.
Materials and methods
Methods of mathematical modelling, mathematical statistics are used.
Results
As a result the applications of new constructions of rod pump are solved the task of oil production under difficult conditions of operation.
Сonclusions
Constructions are developed and the circuit solutions of equipment correspond to the complicated operating conditions. Insert pumps with the short barell and gazseparator device successfully underwent experimental- trade tests in the most important oil-producing enterprises of Russia.
