Based on macro- and microscopic petrographic analysis the deposition formation characteristics of Usolskaya Suite (Lower Cambrian), developed within the Nepsko-Botubinski Anticlise (eastern Siberia) were studied. According to lithological composition, two horizons were distinguished within this suite: Osinski-2 Є1us(os2) as saliferous interbeddings ( halite, gypsum, anhydrite) and carbonates and Osinski-1 Є1us(os1), mainly carbonates (dolomites, limestones). In accordance to their composition, texture-structure features and genesis eight, (8) litho-types were highlighted and described. The formation conditions are as follows: arid climate, salty waters, coastal shelf and polyhaline lagoon water, cutoff sea and periodically drained
