The article described the main primary and secondary geological factors influencing the formation of voidness in the massive basement rocks. In work was proposed the new seismic technology developed by Russian scientists, allowing predicting areas.

Сonclusions
Justified unevenly-mesh model of the structure of the granitoid massifs. Recommendations on the choice and justification of the depth of the wells project have done.
